- Non-refundable itemsFor hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and any items of intimate apparel are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Lingerie accessories can be refunded or returned only if they are still sealed and in the original condition.
- How do I exchange an item?Exchanges are permitted (except non-refundable items) within 14 days & completed at any of our nearest stores. Our store will in turn get in contact with our customer service team. Item must be in its original condition and receipt must be presented. Defected item/s can be exchanged within 30 days and receipt must be presented.
- How do I refund an item?Refunds are permitted (except non-refundable items) within 14 days & completed at any of our nearest stores. Item must be in its original condition and the receipt must be presented. Defected item/s can be refunded within 30 days and receipt must be presented.
- When/how do I get my refund back in case I paid online?For online payments, we offer two refund methods: • Cash refund on the spot with 2% deducted from the total amount • Full refund using the same payment method within 14 working days, under the issuer bank's policy.
- Missing/damaged items policyAny missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Reports made after 24 hours will not be addressed.
